Description
TC6520 fixed Tower Crane is our new design model which composes metal structure, mechanism deriving, hydraulic-hoisting mechanism and a series of superior limiters: hoisting moment limiter, hoisting load limiter, slewing limiter, radius- variation limiter, height limiter, the rope-break and shaft-break protection device of the jib trolley, wire cable twisting protection device and brakes of the slewing, radius-variation. All the reliable devices make the dreary work simple and smooth.

Characteristics
1) Lifting multiplying factor switch-over which could achieve high speed for light load and low speed for heavy load.
2) Our tower sections are exchangeable, which provide our customers more conveniences.
3) We adopt to use Dual drawbars structure on lifting boom, which enables the lifting boom to be under no stress at lifting surface other than uniaxial stress, and moreover, it gets rid of the stress peak. It greatly improves the fatigue safety performance of lifting boom.
4) Adopts VVVF stepless speed variation device for lifting, radius changing and slewing mechanisms, to make sure it works steadily and effectively, it also lowers the maintenance cost.
It's lifting height is obviously increased thanks to its self-erecting and wall attached function.

It is applicable for construction of different industrial, commercial, office, and civil building lower than 120m, and becomes an ideal service-building machine at home.
